For the “Jack-In to the Noösphere” exhibition, NEAT (NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies) was adopted, incorporating deep learning and genetic algorithms. The algorithm was updated to enable digital agents to acquire vocalizations, including pitch, through their own evolution. Hardware improvements allow for extended outdoor installation periods.
